I think the best pancake syrup is the real maple syrup that comes from the tree. There is nothing better than that. Pancake syrup is just corn syrup and artificial flavors. What is so great tasting about that?

I agree with Maddy...Good Canadian...lol...Maple syrup, made fresh, as they do in eastern Canada and the U.S., is by far the very best...After all, it's the original way to do it...Big companies have just done what they always do...Take a good product, synthesize it and mass market it...
You can do the same thing at home...As kids, mom couldn't afford bottled syrup, so she bought a product called "mapeline" sp*...added water and sugar, boiled it for a bit and voila...maple syrup. We never knew the difference....
The products mentioned here are all derivatives of the synthetic varieties....
Real and the best tasting syrup, is just that...Real.... :)
Good question.... Yukoneze...................... Now I want pancakes... yummmmmm

I can't stand the stuff. My husband has spoiled me about maple syrup. First of all Aunt Jemima is just maple flavored syrup, it isn't even real. If you want good syrup at a half decent price, try Camp's Organic Maple Syrup. It is soooooo good!!!

The best maple syrup pours from the trees of Canadian maple trees. This taste will dance on your palate of deception and make you fly and forget all your problems. Oh how i love Canadian maple syrup.
