well my brother is depressed. i am 14. he is 11. yesterday in the car he broke down crying saying "no one sees me im invisable i just wan tto die. people pick me last to play games. people step on my feet and dont say sorry. people pick on me and call me names. my friends dont talk to me. i just want to die."
he has done this multipul times i just havent really heard him say it.
i've been through what he's been through i want to help him. problem is every time i go to say somthing to him he says you dont care go away. then we aruge. or i make things worse.
then my dad yells at me threatening to beat me up if i dont leave him alone and my mom threatening to ground me for messing with him.
what i want help on is how can i get to my brother. im being nicer to him for the past two weeks and he wont let me talk to him.
how can i talk to him with out getting in toruble and making things worse.
p.s.i dont care about my parents so if i need to do somthing to piss them off then i will

fist you should care about your parents but they are not supposed to beat you or anything ! you cant relay help a person who doesent want to be helped. but you can make someone other do. first you need to make him feel loved. you can make anything. find a girl who likes him or even invent a girl from the net, just to make him realise he is loved. dont try to talk to his friendhe is going to be mad at you. find someone who is totaly anonimnust to explain to him that he is loved. usualy paople need to feel that someone else exept their family loves them and respect them. then they will have more hope to make things right. you can even send him my adress if you like, or some of your friends...good luck !

Depression is a very serious illness. You just need to be there for him. Its in him not you. He is the one who has to change. Tell him to be noticed you have to get noticed. If he is picked last so what. I was picked last in school for everything he will get over that with time. If someone steps on his feet tell him to say something to the person. Somtimes people or kids dont even know that they did. If his friends dont talk to him then why call them friends. He also has to make the effort. He is 11 that is a wierd age for a person. If this persists when he gets years older then he will have to get help for his issues. Good luck

You should try giving your brother advice secretly. Like if he has a profile at myspace you should start talking to him there posing as a person in a similar situation. Then you could share experiences and give him all the advice you have.

I think you brother needs some help before he does something that can't be changed. You should talk to a teacher or someone at the school or any adult that you trust that can get him some adult help. He could be suicidal and you don't want him killing himself.

show him you care. And what is up with your father threatening to "Beat you up"? Just be nice to him and wait for him to come to you! Someone won't talk to someone else till they are ready. You ought to let him read the bible, it might have something in there about this kind of stuff.

include him in the things you do he's ur brother give him hugs and "say ur awesome" and "cool" and you have to give him a hug every now and then dont worry or theres anoher option take him to a councelor? just make sure he feels important in his life
