We could be of more help if we had more information, such as why he is no longer your boyfriend, ages, and how long you were dating...

I am going with do nothing. I had a boyfriend that broke up with me and i was so heart broken because i knew i let a wonderful guy go. I took my girlfriends advice and left him alone. I did not call or see him or anyone he knew for six months. When i finally felt i was over him i decided to call him just to chat. We had a great conversation and hung up the phone. I finally felt some closure. Well, a week later when i got back in town (one week before Christmas) i checked my email and there was an email from johnny telling me how much he missed me and wanted to have dinner with me. 6 months later we were engaged and 6 months after that we were married, 10 months later we had a beautiful son. Mine was a fairytale because we let things happen with no pressure. Just leave him alone and work on yourself. Become confident again, strong again and that may attract him back to you. If not, then you have done nothing but help yourself to be a better person. Good luck, i know how you feel.

Tell him how you feel and if he don't come back then just call it a loss and get yourself dressed up and get out of the house and be with people your age and do things that you have dream of doing i mean have all the fun you can have and you will forget him some or if it meant for you two to be together he will be back.Take it one day at a time.

You really can't. If someone doesn't want to be with you, then they really don't want to be with you. Think about it in the reverse. Let's say some Schmoe wanted you and asked people how to get you to like him. He called you and followed you around and kept bothering you... would you start liking him? I doubt it. You would probably dislike him more and more, the harder and harder he tried.
Find your best girlfriends and go hang out. Forget about getting the boy back. It'll just drive you crazy. Who knows, maybe you guys can just be friends. But whatever you do... don't have sex with him! Good luck.

It's not worth going back to him a second time if he gives you a chance. You'll go through the same problems and break up again. Find someone else. Get over him.

Could you explain why he is now your X boyfriend. It would help understand the situation. If not, just move on and be happy.

Why would you want him back? You need to move on with things and find someone better.

to be honest, i had tried that one...
it was me who courted him back after 2 mos...
at first, it was very difficult since you will encounter
a lot of criticisms...
`i text him first with a simple morning greeting...
`one time i sent a text message to my bestfriend w/c contains my true feelings towards him(ex bf)but it was sent in error to him...heheh...but i did it in purpose...after 2 mins, he called me and ask me if it was true...
after that he asked me out for lunch...
`i was so happy that i did that coz i had him back in my arms...

You can't control what other people do. If he doesn't want to be with you then you can't make him. Just move on and find someone else.
