Your muscles are releasing lactic acid.I suggest that you stretch after and before every time you work out or play volleyball. Stretch your arms since you use them ALOT in volleyball.

hope this helps

P.S. I use to play volleyball, that's how i know all this

If you play volleyball or endeavor normally it is relatively feasible you may have began to get patellar tendonitis or "jumper's knee'. The tendon that connects your quadriceps for your shin on the tibial tuberosity has most of the time began to turn out to be infected, and if its been ongoing for virtually a yr tearing is relatively feasible. I might get it looked at. In the period in-between ice and relaxation is the great. You could also be required to put on a tendonitis band round your knee upon getting it checked out.

When your muscles start hurting, simply put some Wild Yam on those sore muscles. If you want to relax your sore, aching muscles, take a soothing, hot, relaxing Chamomile bath.

Pycnogenol or Grape Seed Extract may help this problem. Also, take vitamin C with bioflavinoids twice a day. It helps recovery from sports injuries.
