I think they can be manifested in Santeria rituals. A lot of bizarre magick is performed through Santerian rituals. I'm looking to explore that after mastering Enochian magick.

Funny stuff. Every decade or so they need a Holy Virgin sighting, UFO landing, or some other elusive (and illusive) phenomenon. It is all unmitigated, but entertaining, nonsense. By the way, this would be a sub-urban legend. I remember once talking to a young vendor of beers and such (from a portable cooler) near a site where a "Chupa Cabras" was supposed to have wrought havoc on a turkey. After realizing I wasn't impressed by the "evidence," he told me in a low voice, "Boy, ain't these folks stupid?" The kid couldn't have been more the 10.

El Chupacabras are those Mexican goat sucker things. They're like vampires for animals. Gotta love them.
