ghirardelli makes a good one. i've seen it at safeway & albertson's.
there's also one called Snuggle Up Vanilla White Hot Chocolate Mix that i found on amazon.

I am from Minnesota, I work at Caribou Coffee, and we have some really good white hot cocoa! We have some cute coniters of it coming out for christmas, im sure you can get it at starbucks too
