What does it mean when a girl stares at you alot, epsecially at the hallway? And she smiles and enjoys the attention you give her but she doesn't initiate conversation. Also, she is aware that i have a crush on her.

It means that she likes you and that she is probably really shy and that is why she does not initiate conversation. Maybe try asking her out on a date or hanging out outside of school or the hallway and get to know each other better in a private setting. She probably will feel more comfortable starting conversations with you.

She is shy, and afraid to start the conversation because she is afraid she will say something dumb and embarass herself, or maybe she really wants to talk to you but just doesnt know what to say first to start the convo. My suggestion being that she knows you have a crush on here and is making eye contact with you is she has the same feelings for you. go up to her and start the conversation only good things can happen from there, i am sure you will make her day.

she wants u to make the first move, don't make it overly ackward just joket her as she flirts with u next time, something simple like, i know u want me, but next time don't be so obvious- make sure u laugh so she doesn't think ur conceided or cocky.

it sounds like she likes you but she is shy....if i found out that someone liked me then i wouldnt necessarily know what to do...especially at that age...cause it sounds like your young...she just may not know what to say or how to act around you.
