I have lots of small things but need something big.... am stuck... all suggestions welcome.

How big do you want to go and what does she like.
I think a romantic vacation would be good. You could make a memories box and put in souvenirs of past good times together and tickets or travel pamphlets so she can pick the time for the trip. Valentines would be nice. If this is a lavish gift it can cover both holidays. (maybe)

or if thats too scary. COncert/band tickets.
Take her to a show in london and hotel for the night. Or a posh hotel somewhere near you
or a pamper day. Get something original!

Depending on what your girlfriend likes. If she loves animals you could surprise her with a small chihuhua or pomeranian or some sort like that. Girls always love purses, and shoes and stuff like that. Porcelain dolls if she likes that. How about a trip for two to somewhere nice, where you two could enjoy time together. I am sure she would love that.

Most woman likes jewelry or designer bags. So I would suggest getting her a pair of nice earrings or a bracelet. If you can afford it then get her a Coach or Dooney and Bourke bag. Trust me, cant go wrong with these. Good Luck.. Hope whatever you get her she likes. Its the thought that counts.

It depends on how much you can afford to spend if you are on a budget. Girls, young and old love jewelery, stuff animals or anything that shows you care about her and you are showing it by buying her whatever your heart desires for her. Good Luck!

re the perfume, don't go for red door for xmas, its too cheap, its a weekend present, a thank you, i love you sorta thing, not xmas present if you want to impress her. Perfume is boring anyway, its to be expected from a man who bought something last minute and didn't put much thought into it. and not underwear either, that just shows you were last minute and put no thought into it whatsoever.

I think what you have bought is wonderful, just buy a really posh large box, one that she can use again to store sentimental things in and put the little pressies in...

What does she like? If she's into music then buy her something like the new ipod nano, a coloured one. Or a digital camera- or a trampoline! Everyone loves trampolines.
