I suggest a shorter, choppier look. You have great hair, so don't go too short, but I think something more sleek and stylish would be good. Depends on what kind of person you are. Depending on your age, you might want to look older and more sophisticated, so the short and choppy look might be good because it can be that, but be fun too.
GOOD LUCK!!! Don't do anything too dramatic! I just chopped off all my hair for Locks of Love and I regret it every moment. I wouldn't go any shorter than mid-neck length.

DOWN DOS: Dont be afraid to cut your hair. It would look great shorter and choppy at the ends. Just make sure if you do go for the choppier look watch out; try not to have it look like split ends. Also, you might like coloring a lighter shade and giving it lighter highlights.
UP DOS:If you always keep you hair tight and don't allow any bumps or any hair to fall out of the hair tie try a loose bun. Let some strands fall out of the bun and front. If thats the type your used to then try a straight sleek pony tail. Those look very professional. One hair style I prefer but looks nice is having the top layer of your hair in a pony tail, leaving the bottom layert down then pulling all the hair into one pony tail. Its a very cute look.

you have great hair - you can do a lot with it - why don't you ask your stylist? if he/she knows your hair you can get a cut/style/color that suits your personality, is easy to care for and you'll look like a new woman! if you don't want to go too short - why not change the color to something deeper for the winter with some lo-lights or wear it pin straight for a change....
