I don't live in the US neither am good at slangs. ...It could be interesting knowing some.

And using this post: what "what's up?" signify? How to answer that?

here are many
if some one says yo what's up you say - you what up?
signify means to express yourself or what you wish to chat on
now you could come of saying
just 'Yo! this mean hi or hello so do what's up
try at the end " gotta roll out" means i must go right away
"hay boo!" means "hello love":
whaatt! means shocked at news.
if you want to be really current go to "ebonics language site and learn all the urbans black slang we are the best at artistic lyrics in the world and this is proven by the Hip hop culture you see we keeping away from the european way and have the strongest verbal expressions for everything ......."believe that!" mean true

From Texas. My mother would always holler at us kids with, "For crying in a bucket", when we would do something stupid

oh we have a bunch. what's up (also known as "sup") means, Hi, how are you? What's going on? etc.

We also have holla, which means holler at me, or get a hold of me, call me, etc.
