What you think is going to happen if you actually listen to the Gospel of Jesus and really accept it. Why are some afraid? Or are you just really against God? What do you have to lose? I know that becoming a born again christian there has to be a repentent heart- so I dont mean just saying the words "I love you Jesus please set me free from sin and come into my life" --I mean if you were to really TRUST Jesus has died on the cross for you and you were to cry out to him for salvation- do you know what will happen? You will be saved! The thing is, you have nothing to lose and EVERYTHING TO GAIN. So I would just like to know.....is there something you think you will lose? Because the only thing you will lose is bondage of sin and Hell- and you will gain a clean heart, heaven and peace and joy in Jesus Christ -the Holy Spirit who will lead you into all truth....Or do you just really not care? I am being honest- I am not condemning anyone or trying to push you- I just really want to know...

Please know this is not me trying to convert anyone- I am simply showing you that God's grace is amazing- and you have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

However I must add that some will never come to the knowledge of the truth- so therefore everything I just wrote is irrelevent-

I see. You're not "pushing." You're just saying that we either believe what you say or we go to hell. Your way is good, the other ways is bad. Yeah, I got that. And let's go with it.
Let's suppose there's a guy out there with religion X. He tells me more or less the same thing you do, except he's not a Christian and his "holy" book is different. He's just as convinced as your are. In the end neither of you has an iota of anything outside the scribbles of primitive herdsmen to back your view. So I'll step aside and ask you to consider HIS view. Oh yeah, he just told me that you'll either believe him or go to hell.

Actually, I'd have lots to lose, and number one would be my wife, as we are both women. That would not only suck, and hurt a lot, and make me excruciatingly lonely and miserable to be around, but I'd have to think about matters like where I'd live, who'd get the cat we adopted together, and who would hem my skirts. And of course her friends would take her side, too.
I'd also lose being able to enjoy the music, books, and movies I do without guilt, being able to sleep in on Sunday mornings, getting home in time for the race on Sunday afternoon, marveling at science, and if I wasn't really careful, probably at least some of my friends.
It seems like too much for something I don't believe in. And I've tried it before.

How can God's grace be amazing when there is no God? Or Goddess, or gods, or goddesses, or angels, or demons, or ...?
Bring me some evidnece that there is one and we can talk. Your Bible is just a big collection of impossible stories that reference a few real events.
Let's try this.
"This summer (2006) I went to Iraq. The place felt like it was undergoing a Civil War! I even saw a dragon flying around Bhagdad. But it seemed pretty harmless. Anyways, I was embedded with a group of marines as a journalist. Most of my materials ended up in the newspaper in the back pages. One day we came under fire and two of the marines died. I was so angry I went and forced everyone to make up and they did, now there's no more war in Iraq."
Is it true just because it references true events?
If you claim your God is true because of the Bible, you're admitting my Iraqi dragon is true. Wonder what it's name is...

I already have heard the Gospel of Jesus. My uncle is a minister, thank you. However, it doesn't resonate with me as something that makes sense in terms of how the world works and how we ought to conduct ourselves.
So says a happy Wiccan. Blessed be! )O(

So far you haven't shown us anything except the fact that you are deluded about good citizens' quality of life and spiritual peace. Until you deal honestly with reality, you'll get nowhere and I'm sorry, you'll waste your only life. There are so many causes needing attention, which I'm sure you could participate in. I can assure you, we are not "afraid." Perhaps you are projecting your own fear of your "vengeful and just God" onto us?

Nothing at all happened when I followed your gospel. I gained nothing. I felt nothing. So I left. And now I am happy.

Oh Please, Go spam your religion elsewhere.
You can't tell me what others already have told me. If you have actual proof that Jesus would help improve my life, then prove it to me.

Why can't you accept that some of us have been in the church and now reject it? Respect our views!
