Its called immunity..

The immune system is the body's defense against infectious organisms and other invaders. Through a series of steps called the immune response, the immune system attacks organisms and substances that invade our systems and cause disease.

We have white blood cells that fight against foreign organisms invading our body..then therez antibodies and antigens..

Besides this, we have blood platelets responsible for blood clotting.. it naturally closes the open wound preventing microorganisms to enter etc..
