My boyfriend is complaining about a pain in his ball sac. It just started two days ago, he thinks he might have strained something since he recently started working out again. Its not a consistent pain it comes and goes. He's a baby when it comes to going to the doctor, so here I am asking Yahoo what the problem might be thanks for your response.

Most likely cause is siatiac pain secondary to the increased exercise. Pain in the scrotum or down the inside of the leg is usually caused by pressure on the nerves of the lower spine. If it does not clear up with antiinflammitory drugs (Advil etc) and gentle exercise. He might need to see a MD for an X-Ray.

Honey, what a lot of people don't realise is that it just isn't possible for somebody on Yahoo Answers to make a medical diagnosis for a complete stranger they don't know one thing about, and have never even met. Even in the unlikely event that a practising doctor was sitting on his duff reading Yahoo Questions, he wouldn't try to do that.
It isn't impossible for this pain in the scrotum to be just a strain from his starting some strenuous exercise program that he isn't used to yet. But it is also possible for it to be something a little bit more complicated than that, and the only way he is going to know is by seeing a doctor and having it checked out. If he cares about his health at all, and about YOU, he's going to have to stop "being a baby" and get his hiney over to the doctor's office, I guarantee you, the last thing he EVER will want to hear a doctor say is "Too bad you didn't come to see me sooner. We could have got this thing easily fixed"
It's possible he may have already had a weakness there and it's chosen this moment to get worse. I'd suggest at the very least, lay off any further exercising, or heavy lifting for another day or two and if the pain persists, get him by the ear and drag him to see a doctor.

yea, wiht the recent start to workign out, he might well have strained a muscle or pulled something the wrong way. However, if his pain is limited to his testicles and not more in the groin muscles or lower abdomen, he might have done himself a bit more of an injury than he would like to think about. The only way to know for sure is to get in to see a doctor. Since he's a bit reluctant to go, you make the appointment and take him by the hand (or other parts) right in there and tell the doctor what he did and what you want checked. And if you bf doesn't agree to that, tell him it's that or you will take him to see your gynocologist - hehe.

I know somebody that got an infected ingrown hair in that area. It got very bad and he needed surgery and he almost lost an important part of his anatomy. Please have your boyfriend go to the doctor. Now is not the time to be a shy baby.

Still needs work I think. "There now burns a fire" presumably of desire doesn't correlate with drowning and swallowing all hope. Therefore I would scrap the whole last stanza. Especially as "I just need a rope" sounds silly. The other option would be to scrap the reference to healing of wounds and "there now burns a fire" (ie completely replace the last 2 lines of stanza 3). Even then, get rid of "I just need a rope".

If he coughs and he hurts he should go see a dock. I would suggest you rub him there and she if he gets a pain going down the inside of his legs as he becomes erect. If he does get sharp pain he's pulled his groin. ICE IT! And have fun finding out.

could be hormone .. testoterone levels..

like when you girls get cramps.. those are your ovaries.. same basic thing as us mens testicles so it can be hormones

could be a lot of things..

but he is an idiot and if it turns out to be something bad and he dosent take care of it I feel no remorse for him

so get him to see a doctor.. what's he thinking.. would he rather see a doctor or be a female unintentionally
