You can't. Just be alert and watch for the signs....unexplained purchases, loss of interest in intimacy, trouble maintaining eye contact, a sudden change in mood or behavior, mysterious phone calls, a confrontational attitude, making excuses to leave, unfamiliar scents, etc. Most importantly, do not expect honesty. If they have something to hide, you'll be the last to know.

presumably you mean within a relationship - follow them? or get a friend to. What makes you think they are cheating? Get proof, then have it out with them. It is a good idea to keep your cool when you do challenge them - and to do this you need to have decided in advance what outcome you want. Are you going to coolly ask them to pack and hand over their key? Or are you going to ask them to give the other one up and stay? Either way, screaming and tears are not going to help! So get it clear in your head what is going to happen, then sock it to them straight. But you must get your absolute proof first

When you feel like you are being cheated own. He/she invests to much time online talking to the opposite sex. You become paranoid and feel ignored. Hard to reach them via the phone.

Shes probably going to be either really distant and out more than normal or really over attentive. I know its horrid, but check her phone messages if you can. At least you will know for sure.

Your partner will stay out for long periods of time longer than normal. usually go off sex, start taking more and more interest in their appearance, become evasive and argumentative, quick mood changes, odd behaviour, don't even like you touching them.

If she's suddenly changed - i.e taking care of her appearance, new hair-style, perfume, new clothes but most of all the sexy underwear comes out. But not for you.

What makes you suspicious?

If you're asking this question ...you probably are. Follow your gut feeling. TRUST ME! I thought that once......and I was right. And asking a million people isnt going to make you feel better ......follow your heart ....and i am sorry you feel that way.
Good luck
