The Yahoo! nazi's actually gave me an answer to this question, after many complaints to customer care. Chatting and personal communications is asking or answering in a way that allows people to give examples of opinion or experience rather than historical or documented fact.

If it's actual fact you want, seek out the mighty wikipedia. At least that's my opinion.

Translation: a fundamentalist became irritated at some question that contradicted the rigid dogma that they've based their life on and now want to apply the same mechanism of denial they do in their own lives by attacking the questioners.

it type of feels to be open to interpretation by potential of somebody on the administration panel on any given day. every person who asks questions has gained violations for an identical element a minimum of a few cases.

I think it's used when someone wants to report you, but has no real good excuse to do so. I've been reported with it, too.
