Don't try to convince your parents that Jesus is not real. (Jesus was a real person, it's just a matter of faith whether you believe he was Messiah or not.)
Their beliefs bring them comfort and are not any of your business.
If they believe that god wants them to murder you to prove their faith, *then* you might want to take some action.

My friend, God is real. The fact that your mother's church is having troubles is not a testament to God's falsehood. He often works in ways that we do not understand at the time, but will eventually be made to understand. God bless, and I will be praying for you.

Old people are hard to convince. It is like a little kid that learns something and then believes it for the next 30 years. hard to unlearn. But the god delusion. educate yourself first and then you will be able to rationalize with others

no matter how convinced you are with your beliefs, you cannot change the beliefs of others. If your mom does not project hers on to you then giver her the same respect. People have to given room to grow, and find their own way, otherwise they will find a way out of spite, but not from the love of their being. Let your mom learn her own lessons. She has her own path to walk, and so do you I wish you well

You have every right to believe whatever you want to believe. By the same token, your parents are adults, who also have the right to their beliefs.
If your parents find comfort and guidance at church, then I don't think you should try to talk them out of it.

www.jewsforjudiasm.org -- look through their FAQs. Has plenty of explaination of all the prophecies Jesus failed to meet, according to the New Testament's version of the life of Jesus.
Granted, this helps you only with getting rid of Jesus, but that's all you asked for, so the rest is between you and G-d.

If your parents are true Christians, nothing can seperate them from God, so the best thing is to move out.

That's like me trying to convince athiests that they are living a life of sin and they will burn in Hell. Stop trying to change people, oh and Jesus is real genious. there's no doubt in anyones mind if he's real it's if he's God's son. EVERYONE LEAVE EVERYONE ELSE ALONE AND STOP TRING TO CONVERT THEM TO YOUR DAMN BELIEFS!! God, your worst than those uppity mormons who won't leave you alone until you convert.....

Honey,
God is not your purse nor restauarant. If all you want for a proof of God is he answers all your wishes, then you don't need a god. You need a butler or a slave.

I think you should back off and let them believe whatever works for them. As long as they're not shoving their religion down your throat, it's really none of your business what they believe. (I am also an athiest)
