I'm wanting to get my CDE/CDA, but would like to do it online or do it yourself courses. Who offers an online solution to my question or where can I get the books to do it myself at my own pace and then turn it in for the certificate?

I hope that's what you're looking for.
Otherwise, call one of the local day care centers. I used to work in a couple different ones, and someone was always working on their CDA.

St. Mary of the Woods College in Terre Haute Indiana has a WED program that offers classes over the internet. Students come from all over the country. I graduated with a couple that did not live in this country. They may offer the CDA. In Northwest Indiana it is offered though Ivy Tech community College. You can also call your local Child Care Resource and Referral agency. They should be able to help you.

check with your local headstart affilliate they are about the only one who regularly deals with this certificate any more....you may be able to do some of the general stuff online but most of the certificate stuff has to be done in the classroom under the direction of a certified teacher or teachers....i dont know of any online daycare facilities where you can interact with the children or the other aspects of a early childhood classroom.

good luck

Contact your local college. CDA is popular these days. They will give you your options.

the way it went 6 years in the past with my x and that i replaced into like this: he did no longer sign the beginning certificates however the attempt proved he replaced into the daddy I signed up for baby help and he had the choice to the two sign papers asserting that specific he replaced into the daddy and he would help pay for her or he could sign his rights to her away which meant no touch no visits no no longer something with regards to her. He signed papers asserting he replaced into the daddy and could pay his baby help like a guy could. It takes 2 to make a toddler and in case you're in charge adequate to assist in introduction then you quite could step up and help guard that youngster, it is my opinion besides.
