I've often wondered this. And yet was there ever light and not dark? Or life and no death? up and no down in and no out?
there can not be a light with out darkness to define it there isn't value in life with out death and so to be a strong Christian you must be around just as strong Atheists other wise you will become lazy and Atheists don't exist with out Christians this is how we define and reintegrate our selves to become better so.................. ENJOY! You will never find a safer platform for learning.
Edit I also agree with Epona "Religion & Spirituality " comprehends a great deal and we should realise we are not alone in being spiritual or religios.
And also I could live with out the out and out right "belive no more you idiots" way of talking

The ones that have morals and tolerance can stay but the immoral filth that spew hate and intolerance can go where ever the Hell they want just Not Here! They mindlessly Think this is a bashing chatroom to spread their unbelieving filth but they will realize real soon that it will not be tolerated by all religions especially Yahoo.

Your myths are my religion. My myths are your religion. Religion and spirituality are not exclusively Christian terms, and this is an open forum which was and is intended for the use of ALL who are interested in religions and spirituality.
If we never talk to anyone of a different religion, then we never grow spiritually. And isn't that what all people of faith - whatever faith that may be - are supposed to be trying to do, grow spiritually?

For me as an Atheist, it is fun to poke holes in the illoigcal myths your little christian minds believe in. Plus payback's a b"tch, get your god and your ridiculous beliefs out of the town square, and us Atheists will back off your little philosophical discussions of myth and legend.
