Well, you do not offend me so I see no reason to report you and even if you said something I really thought was beneath answering, I would simply not answer it as is my right. Keep on posting!

The First Amendment pertains to people and the government, not people and Yahoo. You have no guaranteed right to free speech here. That said, it's a nice ideal. But this has nothing to do with civil rights.

Look, hon, when you are on Yahoo Answers (questions) then you are subjected to their TOS, it is their right to run this place as seen fit. I don't report often, and have only reported one person who posted a "question" that stated "I am reporting you" because it was spamming the website. I don't think it takes away from free speech.

If you had half a brain, you'd understand that the First Amendment doesn't apply to Yahoo, which is a privately-owned entity.
The First Amendment states that "CONGRESS shall make no law [...] abridging the freedom of speech [...]"
If you're going to ***** about your Constitutional rights, understand them first.

YES! Several of us have had this problem. I've asked legitimate questions to have them flagged as violations. Respond to yahoo every time this happens to you. The violations are supposed to be for people who are abusive, offensive, etc. Not for people with whom you don't agree.

Your constitutional right is not infringed by agreeing to the Yahoo terms of service. Don't be a fool.

What does this have to do with Religion and spirituality? I should report it merely because it is in the wrong section.

you're still freely speaking even though you've been reported, right? and if you get kicked off Yahoo Answers you'll just come back with another user name and ID, right? so, NO, I don't think it's impeading you.
