Don't let him know that you are hurting.
Go out with your mates, have fun and forget him, the more you sit in your house dwelling on your break up the worse you will feel and the longer it will take you to get over him.

write a list two columns one for reasons i never want to see him again and one for reasons id like to see him again be as rude angry and personal as you like as youre the only one whose going to see it. count up at the end if the never side wins be glad the right decisions have been made and have a cup of tea watch a film and get on with your life .if the like side wins text him and say sorry we have too much history to be apart good luck
