i am assuming you don't really mean they are BLACK, just a lot tanner than your other skin??? Its because dead skin cells collect on our knees and elbows...you need to exfoliate. Go to walmart or walhgreens or whereever to the beauty/bath section. Look for a product called St. Ive's Apricot Scrub. Its for your face, but you can use it on your body too. In the shower, take some of it and rub it on your knees (use some pressure) to slough off some of that dead skin. Do this every day unitl you see some change!

I agree with Scott - what does being white have to do with leprosy? Unless your digits are falling off too. Do you mean they call you 'Albino'?
