No! Lamb is a delicate meat and should be broiled and simmered on a low heat; the flavor is exquisite! Do it right or you will cook the meat off the bones. Lamb is different than other meats, google it to be sure!
Peanut butter is a perfect side dish!

breast of lamb stew is fab. just make the same way you would make a beef stew, very tasty.
