I am trying to make LAMB BREAST?

How do you cook Lamb Breast? They kind of look like they could be ribs? Do you use barbeque sauce?

Dijon Lamb Chops Ingredients 4 To 6 large rib chops 1 Lemon, halved Garlic powder Freshly ground pepper Chopped fresh parsley Dijon mustard Wheat bran or plain bread Non-stick cooking spray Preparation Trim excess fat from lamb chops. Rub both sides of chops with lemon halves; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and epper.Combine parsley, mustard, and bran; mix well, and press on all sides of chops.Preheat oven to 500°. Place chops in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray, or use nonstick foil to line pan. Bake lamb chops, uncovered, at 500° for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°, and bake chops an additional 15 minutes or to desired doneness.

I know the Greeks just let it spin impaled on a spike and carve it of as they go for gyros around here. It's so good.

I think lamb chops are supposed to be pretty rare. with some mint. there are ton of recipes if you search the net.

Get a wooden cross. Nail the critter to the cross. Roast at 350 F for about three hours. Stab it in the side to see if it's done. Serve it with a side of bitter wine and herbs.

So good it'll wake the dead!

Make sure you rub lots of lemon on it because lamb is gooooood but it stinks to high heaven.

try over an open flame with a turning spit. rotate the lamb as you baste it with bar - be - Que sauce.

I like breasts. Oh lamb breasts, well erm just whack it in the oven and hope for the best.Thats what i would do anyway.

Um...I'm not a big fan of the sheep variety. It tends to be very stringy and gamey. I doubt barbecue sauce could help.

If you're gung-ho about it, though, allrecipes.com and see if you can find anything.

Cook it!? Why ruin such a delicacy by COOKING it???
Slap it on a platter and rub it with grease that should do the trick ;)
