I would go with a salad, since the tuna and noodles would already be there, probably with some small amount of hot veggies, so a cool crisp salad would be nice.
I like a salad with a simple vinaigrette and grapes and gorgonzola cheese on it, possibly with a few toasted nuts.

I agree with those who said salad. Tuna noodle casserole is a heavy hearty dish, so something light, like a salads goes well.

Tuna noodle is a meal in itself so not too much else is needed. I put peas right into my casserole but if you don't . Peas. I always have crusty bread, rolls or biscuits, maybe a light salad.
Tuna casserole is a favorite in our house

bisquits... most definately... a tossed salad would also be nice... nice thing about a casserole... it's an all-in-one meal... if you haven't gone too heavy on the veggie ingredients, steamed green beans or whole snowpeas go great too... save a place for me!... I love the stuff!!... do you have any dry white wine? goes good with it too...
