Mmmmmmm, you start out by kissing them gently, and then depending on how old you are you start to get a tad more passionate.
I am slightly confused why you are asking this question though. As if you don't know what you are doing, I doubt you are old enough.

You could go to the cinema together, go for a walk somewhere, 10 pin bowling etc etc.
