The Book of Common prayer has not changed. There are two versions of this service available, one from when it was first written and the revised version leaving out your carnal lusts etc which is 1927. This is a good version for those who want to be old fashioned and the most usual for a church to offer alonside the Book of Common Worship. Book of Common Worship is the newest version of all the services. As far as I am aware, since the new settings came in a few years back there have not been any further changes. But there is a lot more flexibility in what you want and can have. Check with your parish priest for further information and detail. They will be very happy to help I'm sure.
