Consult with a nutritionist. Doing housework, laundry, even making dinner and breastfeeding is burning calories. Your issue could be more with what you are eating and how much. A friend of mine who always battles with her weight once said, "I don't understand. All I eat for lunch is a bag of microwave popcorn. It's only 400 calories... and I'm not loosing weight!" Well there is much more to understand about metabolism and the kind of food you're eating, how much and how often.
Do a little reading up to understand the basics on weight loss. Check out http://fatloss4idiots.com/ They offer some really good, easy and practical tips. You don't necessarily need to sign up for their weight loss plan (it includes veggies, so you probably wouldn't like it) but it might help you begin understanding some basic dietary principals. If you do do it, I'd suggest only doing it to jump start yourself and see that you can loose weight and switch to better eating habits for further weight loss.
Consider hiring a nutritionist to assess your eating habits and help you come up with a plan. Maybe start with going to your doctor and see if you can get a referral for a nutritionist...? Keep a journal and write down everything you ingest with the calories and fat. This will at least help you better understand what foods you might want to cut out.
Eat 4-6 smaller meals a day at least a couple hours apart.
Plans your meals the day before and bring your own food to work. Vending machines and fast food will only tempt you to eat what you don't need during your diet.
When you want to snack, don't. Drink water instead and chew gum. The first couple of days will be the hardest because your body is expecting the food and you will feel really hollow inside and hungry. Be strong and push through it. It gets much easier after the first few days.
Now it would be helpful to find some way to fit in walking. Check craigslist.org under your city for a deal on a used treadmill and try scheduling time to walk 15 minutes in the morning. Set it up in front of a tv and you'll be done before you know it. You are getting up early, however I bet you can cut out eating breakfast instead grab a bottle of water and walk on the treadmill. Grab a Cliff bar or similar diet bar or shake and eat on the way to work. You will burn the most calories then and it will give you a boost of energy not to mention kicking your metabolism up a notch. At work, skip a couple of lunches during the week and go to a nearby gym to do a water aerobics, lift weights, or whatever you find a fun class to exercise in. Eat another bar or shake afterwards on your way back to work on those days.
And regardless if you're dieting or not, you might try fresh veggies, and/or raw veggies. They taste so much better than anything out of a can and they'll be better for you too. If you just can't handle any veggies, find your vegetables elsewhere like in a v-8 juice or even a supplement.
Good luck and hope this helps some. If you find you just can't do it alone, check out ediets.com, a Jenny Craig or similar program where you can get more guidance and support.

Hmm...reduce your overall caloric intake. Stay away from the fried, greasy stuff. Do you have no time at all, any of the 7 days a week to exercise? If you truly had the will, you would find a way to at least squeeze a few minutes of exercise in. Trust me...my time is limited and while I'm not in the gym 6-7 days a week right now...I still make it 2-3 x a week. Try taking a 30 minute walk on your lunch break or if you work in a buidling with stairs take them rather than the elevator. Park farther away from your destinations. Even 'fidgeting' while sitting helps a little.

Make time to exercise. Park at the other end of parking lot of grocery store ect... Learn to eat veggies. Try soups with veggies and raw veggies.
Even if you don't eat your veggies eat lean meat and limit starches to whole grains and only a couple a day. Limit fat in your diet but find a way you like veggies. What about spaghetti sauce? that has veggies and if you use 95% lean meat with it and whole wheat pasta it is pretty good for you. Chili with low fat meat. burritos with whole wheat tortillas. ect....

Well, if you want to lose weight in a healthy way, you must burn more calories than you eat. Perhaps you can find ways to eat healthy. In addition, since you say you have no time for excercise, why don't you try simple ways to burn more calories? For example, you can take the stairs instead of the elevator.

I would suggest going on a protien diet. Go out and buy protien shakes. They usually have about 20-25 grams of protien in each shake. If you take it for breakfast and lunch and have a lite dinner e.g. salad or friuts. Then your stomack will shink. Try not to over do the shakes though. Drink as much only to satifiy your hunger. Buy the chocolate kind. I find they taste the best.

liposuction.
What do you expect? Diet pills don't work.. can even be dangerous.
You are supposed to eat veg anyway whether you're trying to be healthy or not.
You can't possibly have no time. All you need to do is get up like 20mins earlier and exercise then. The 20mins less of sleep will be worth it and exercising gives you an energy boost anyway..
My suggestion is to stop making excuses.

It would help if you could edit your post and provide us with the weight you are now and how much you would like to lose. Losing weight without exercising is pretty tough unless you resort to some type of pill.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Remember the above (not on site) and see site below to re-learn how to eat so you can be thin and fit for life.

eat more healthy selection of foods, whole grains and stuff. Most importantly make time for exercise, even if it's little thing like taking the stairs or at least walking for half an hour.
