The troops have been abused by the leadership for a long time. They could protect us better if used properly- Iraqis had no "attack plans" for the US - but W cut and Run on Afghanistan - the problem is growing again there-

you are brainwashed if you keep following the right wing canards and blame game -

the truth is still where boots are on the ground - you better face it - it ain't going away -

Of course the very first thing the righties do after the election is go right back to blaming the lefties -

I never see you people stand up and take responsibility for your actions- of course we all know why- because your actions are a shameful embarrassment -

when you do something worthy of being proud of, i will applaud, but only then -

OK get back to work- it's probably Clinton's fault... (a favorite!)

I'm in the military and we take orders not that you know what that is because your probably a fat lazy slob sitting on your couch eating chips as i type this. We took a DICTATOR out of control, and yea it come at a sacrifice by losing some of our good brothers and sisters. But that is what makes the U.S. free why don't you go live in Iraq or maybe even Pakistan and this country would be a better place. Have a nice day!!

They do not need to be rescued, they need to be supported. The president should not be disrespected. He did not solely make the decision himself to go to war, his cabinet has 100's of people on it telling him different things every minute. Have you ever decided to do something, anything, and when you got halfway done something beyond your control, you never could have predicted, got in your way from completing it? Ask youself that. George Bush is our president and if you can't respect him and show pity for troops instead of support then my only regret is that you have to live in this country.

they might be happy. I would be. But then what about the next group in a tower that gets bombed. They aren't going to be happy. I guess the next 180,000 people a dictator kills won't be happy either. Except they will be dead because someone like Saddam will be left in power by the UN.

But I guess they don't count cause they aren't americans, they are just those dumb Kurds. Or sudanese.

I have spoken to a few troops, and from what they have said they totally agree with Pres. Bush and this war. They believe in what they are fighting for, and want to win this war.

NO, their not grateful! If the Dems have it their way, the troops will get a pay cut, and defense spending will be cut in half. (remember Clinton?)

The only people who will be 'rescued' are the terrorists we are trying to defend the Iraqi people from.

I guess you feel that the Iraqi people do not deserve the freedom they risked their lives to vote for?

No. It means they come home with an incompleted mission. Again, politicians are trying to be little generals, and are sticking their noses into things they have little clue of, save for the few Veterans who are in office.
