I kissed a friend and after a week told my boyfriend, he says we are over, how do I win him back and convince him it was just one drunken mistake that won't happen again.
He just won't listen to anything I say, but I am desperate for this to work out.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Like other people said, give him time. Let him have some space, the worst thing to do is hassle him, even with a letter. To be honest, I know some people think that its better to have told him, but I disagree. Everyone makes mistakes, so dont beat yourself up about it. It was only a kiss. Just be patient and then try to talk to him, explain that it was a mistake and you want him back. That's all you can do im afraid.

You have broken the trust between you both and trust is the hardest thing to win back. I should know, my boyfriend sent a naked pic to someone and text her things that he wouldn't even say to me, that was 2 years ago and I still question him about things.
You need to give him time to calm down and then try to work on your friendship first, you need to build up the trust gradually, it won't be built up so quick so you need to be patient.
Even when you do get back together he will still question you but that is to be expected.

Have you give him any cause to question your integrity in the past. If not, then he is just being One Big Macho Ar******. Jealousy is not one of the Seven Deadly Sins for nothing. Before long you might not even be able to talk to a Male. So write him a letter and see whether he even bothers to reply. But be wise in whether you want him back if it is on his conditions only.

Sounds like he was looking for a reason to finish it and unfortunately you gave him one. Accept it and learn from your mistake is my advice, I'm afraid. By moving on, if he sees you doing this and wants you back you can take it from there. If he doesn't, then it's best it ended when it did, but don't beat yourself up over it - there is worse you could have done.

Honestly? I wouldn't give you the time of day after that either. Would you give him the time of day if he did that to you? You've hurt him, humiliated him and made him look like a fool. Not to mention too that you obviously can't be trusted.
If you want to do anything, own up to your mistake and tell him that you understand why he hates you and that your forever sorry you lost him. Then, walk away.

Well at least you told him - that was a really good thing to do, keeping it quiet would have been worse. If he doesn't want to take you back and you've apologised all you can and promised you won't do it again then well there's nothing you can do really. At least you've learned not to ever do it again. xxxx

I would only take you back if you promised to sign up for AA and promise to never drink again! since you have proven you can't control your self while under the influence. If your gonna blame things on alcohol, then you shouldnt be consuming it.

Perhaps you should just move on. You've hurt him pretty badly, I'm guessing, and if I hwere him I'd never trust you again, and certainly not around your friend... or any other male for that matter.
Find someone else, he doesn't deserve to be messed around.

the question is are you sure that it will not happen again. its going to be hard to convince him that it will not happen again when you get drunk, but try telling him that you told him because you did not want him to hear it from sum one else. tell him you love him and you truly sorry. and that you will not stop until he takes you back. good luck
