Typically what is the price range for a dj/MC for a wedding reception cost ( about 5 hours). I want to see if Im overpaying...(It is NY)

wow in NY?? it depends on what kind of dj it is..if its a well known one im sure it will be alot, maybe anywhere from 1000.00 to 3,500.00
agian this depends on how popular they are.
good luck on blowing that money away. LOL

How close to Albany, NY are you??? Because I know of one in that area. At a VERY reasonable price with a light show and fog.

We are from Michigan and the average price is anywhere from $500 - $1200

I am in California, and I paid $1295.00 But they were good. They also set up the mic system for the ceremony.
