Okay, here I go. My parents trusted me with their place and I had a party there and my parents came home three hours earlyer than expected. BUSTTED! Everyone freezes and looks at them. My dad yells "anyone still here that don't belong here in fourty seconds I'm shooting them in the leg." Everyone (includeing me) ran for the door. My dad caught me by the hair (ouch) and pushed me onto the floor and said don't even get up (double ouch). mean while people where still running through the door, kicking me, and I can't even move with out crying.

You must be one of those kids that push their parents to the point. Bet your Dad was a pretty nice guy, before you hit your teens. Stop betraying his trust! Look I'm not being mean, I was bad as a teen, too. Put my parents through all kinds of crap. One time my Dad knocked me out of a chair and I went half way across the room. I look back and remember how disrespectful I was. I never once thought to call the law on him. Me and my Dad get along great now. Now would be the time start acting right. For your own sake, you will feel so guilty when you grow up and have your own kids, when you look back and see what you put your parents through.

What's the question? You say you can't even move without crying but you can get online and ask a question on this. Do you want to know if you can charge your dad with assault and battery? Wow! If you do that, you might as well be an orphan for life. Maybe you ought to grow up a little and accept some responsibility for what you did.

go one step further, move out, get a job.. pay your own way and have all the parties you want.. you wouldn't get a beating, if you listen.. if you were playing baseball, 3 strikes your out.. what is it going 2 take 2 get through 2 you, when your parents, say noo parties while they are gone ? true he shouldn't be kicking you.. and i think you will understand more about being pushed 2 the limit, when you have kids, and they get under your last nerve.. but don't press charges against your dad, it will hurt your mom.. your dad, will have 2 pay a lot of money 2 get out of that mess.. and no one will gain by it.. he will go 2 jail and could get killed in there.. you will feel guilty the rest of your life.. get a job and start saving 4 your own place is the best and only way.. bummer eh

Get ready for a foster home. If you aren't old enough to be on your own. Press charges, but remember this is a violent person be ready for repercussions. Are you acting out? If he's always that mean find another place to live A.S.A.P.

Do you have witnesses as to what happend? You can go to the police or call the office for Children and Youth Welfare Services and tell them about your Dad's violence. They might arrest him. They also might move you to a foster home. Physical abuse is never the right way to handle problems.

Sure -- right. Don't believe the scenario EXCEPT for the part that YOU violated the TRUST of the PARENTS -- and had a party there ... it most likely got out of hand, and you LET them trash your parents home.

Am I right about this? Probably So ... which is why you would make up the rest of the event.

girl be quiet! it sounds like you deserve every bit of it. I wouldnt trust anything that comes out of your mouth because you lied to your parents and thru a party in THERE HOUSE while they were gone. So you need to check yourself before you go and try to press charges on your dad. to me you deserved it.

o.k. you admitted that you were wrong to have the party while your parents were out.

But, the behavior that your father is displaying is called abuse and he can be arrested for that.

What does your mother have to say about his manner of discipline? You may need to talk to someone. Talk to your grandparents if you can.
