If you like coffee or tea try a cup with some sweetener added. Or try a cup of sugar-free hot chocolate. Or just brush you teeth, sometimes the fresh taste of toothpaste will squash the craving.

I relatively have the suitable comparable situation; the main suitable situation is to sleep early for this reason you is basically no longer waiting to have previous due night cravings yet attempt ingesting a small snack 2 hours until eventually now you sleep like fruit, greens or yogurt. i understand this sounds lame yet get a activity to distract you from ingesting. perhaps guitar, a television teach, something. snoozing pills ARE undesirable!

Don't buy the sweets that you would be tempted to eat at night. If it's not there you can't eat it. My husband used to bring me home those drumstick ice cream cones after he got off work at night and I would eat them every night, as long as he brought them home. I told him to stop getting them for me because if they were in the house, I would eat them. He stopped and after a couple of days, I didn't have cravings for them anymore.

Me too Christina its not uncommon. When you do get those cravings try and munch on something that is not unhealthy and fattening. It's very hard to stop the cravings but you can substitute them with something healthier

Reactive hypoglycemia can cause this problem. Avoid all foods containing refined carbohydrates and any kind of added sugar.
