I have a fast metabolism n quite hard to put on w eight so just wonderin

yes, it is true. depending on how much u eat, that is. if u eat a small amount of food, then there wont be a huge difference on the scale. if you eat allot of food, there would be more of a difference on the scale

Well, anything you just put into your body will still be IN there, so, yes, it will be there to add to your weight. You'd have to eat quite a heavy amount of food for it to show up on a scale though.

You'll weigh just as much more as the food you just ate, until you digest it and your body removes all the unwanted stuff. But by then you'll be hungry again so you'll eat and put on that much weight.
Don't worry about it. As long as you're healthy and happy, your weight is a secondary concern.

when i weigh myself before eating, and when i wake up, i weigh much less then after eating
