If you have no charge for this offense on your license- no conviction- and your motor vehicle record is run by your insurance what will they see? They won't see a conviction for DUI, so there's nothing for them to see to have affect your insurance. Your ticket doesn't show up unless its final disposition is determined.

Innocent until proven guilty.

How recent was this? If it was recent, the DA may still file. If the ticket was dismissed, it's not on your record without a conviction.

It might. Depends on what your insurance company looks for. Citations and arrests can still show up on a background check in some states.
