Turkey cream cheese wrap:
Large Tortilla (the flavored kind are great for this)
Cream cheese
Smoked turkey breast (or another of your favorite deli turkey)
Green leaf lettuce

Spread cream cheese the entire tortilla. Lay down a piece or two of turkey, then some chopped green leaf lettuce, and roll up. Slice diagnally and wrap in saran wrap.
(I would suggest letting the tortilla be room temp or VERY SLIGHTLY warmed in the microwave. It rolls up a little bit better. You can take this basic idea and use other ingredients to fill it up, like some shredded carrots, or differnt meat........or instead of creamcheese use ranch or caesar dressing, and add some cheese and chicken..............I could go on and on. Ooohhh bacon is a good idea too!)

Are the meals for a child or an adult?

Bumble bee tuna makes this awesome salmon fillet in an envelope-pkg thingy. You don't even need to heat them and they are so good! My favorite is the lemon and dill. Also, another company makes tuna fillets marinated in soysauce and ginger. Both companies have other flavors. Pair the package with a small salad, some pasta or rice, a peice of fruit, some crackers...

hmmm, I will have to think about some more quick easy meals...

Waffle PBJ Sandwiches

I know you said no sandwiches, but these are different.

Toast two freezer waffles and spread PB and J on one and place the other on top. It's a little twist for the usual bread.
