There are no online translators that translate from Latin to English. There are some that claim to do so, but they really don't. All they can do is take a translation word by word and give you a general idea of what it might say. Since Latin has a completely different word order from English, you would get back a bunch of garbled junk.

Latin is a very difficult language filled with case endings that change the meaning of the root words and subtle tense changes that make certain verbs look like others with a different meaning. I think I have tried all of the translators on-line and none of them work very well. In fact, I am surprised that many of them seem to misunderstand a lot of simple root words.
Personally I would not trust a translation from anyone who did not know Latin well. Nuances are subtle and one should take the age in which the Latin was written into account. Bad Latin is how they ended up with Italian, similarly with other Romance languages.
Unfortunately, to know the language well means more than a few semesters even in college.

Jeannie is right. Latin words have far too many forms for a computer program to translate them correctly. What you would get back would look like another foreign language.
