read up on talking dirty. this is a big turn on for women. tell her the things you fantasize about doing to her. describe what you plan to do in an erotic way. this will set the mood for you being in control.
start off with simple commands, like kiss me or bite my neck or something. if she doesnt do it the way you like, tell her and demonstrate on her how you want it done to you. know yourself and know what you want, then be confident to express this to your girl. thats the kind of take-charge attitude that will turn her on.
