I still have never purchased a digital camera because I always thought the quality was poor. They are finally starting to look good. What camera would you suggest for getting the most mega pixels for my money.

Keep in mind that megapixel is only part of the picture in terms of picture quality. More megapixel doesn't necessary mean better picture quality. I will take a 6 megapixel DSLR with good lens over a 9 megapixel compact camera anytime. Anyways, how much do you want to spend? And what kind of picture you will take mostly? What's your preferences in the size of the camera?

I would suggest Kodak EasyShare V705 7.1MP Digital Camera with 5x Ultra-Wide-Angle Dual-Lens Optical Zoom , there you got the brand and model and its 7.1MP more than enough even for professionals . you can find the best deals at amazon : http://astore.amazon.com/goodmanzone-20
