I think obsession would be when you go through his garbage at 3 in the morning.............

real love lasts
and the test of time will tell you which is which
yes you can be obsessed for a long period of time, and yes at times they both feel the same thing, especially when you first fall in love or become obsessed with some one..but time does separate the two...over time obsession goes away no matter how hard you try, over time LOVE never goes away..

You won't really know, usually an obsession is at the start(if there is one) and then it builds into love, you may still be obsessed and in love or just not be obsessed as much now that you trust them, but it is hard to tell while you are obsessed.

Obsessions will eventually wear off and you'll no longer be obsessed. Real love doesn't wear off because it's..... well, it's real love. Real love is when you love the person because of WHO they are and not because of what they look like or what they can do for you or give you. Try 15 yrs. of marriage and 2 kids and lots of ups and downs together. That's real love.

every person goes through a time in there life when they focus on a specific person that they either like or maybe just soemone they get a long with . in most cases real love doesnt happen for a long time until like youve traveled or got somewhere in your life. you may a specic person or be really obsessed with that person because maybe hes different from all the other guys. im letting you know now that youll get that feeling in your gut if its ment to be . sometimes you get feelings about people that you cant put into words but realsitically you will know if its real love .

Real Love comes in atomizers and bath gel but Obsession comes in many different sizes and gift boxes. Obsession is also a little too sweet for my tastes.

I think that what differenciates love from obsession is who you really think about...i mean, if you think about your benefit out of the relationship and want that relationship just so that YOU feel good, then it is probably obsession...however, if you think about his benefit and making him happy even if sometimes it is not to your own personal benefit, if you think about making HIM feel good, then it is probably love...

how do you know it real love it real love when no one can break you apart and you are always calling each other ever night and that you are love each other and you will do anthing for them . and obsession it just that they are just staring and telling all ther friend about you and that they have your name all over ther stuff and that they call you but hang up on yopu that how you know.

well ask your self these questions, would you die for this person, do you see your self with this person for a long while. if so then you know it love but if no then obsession
