Conditioner does not lather like Shampoo does. The premise of conditioner is to moisturize, which requires more of the product to work.

I have the same problem. I think in actuality we use more of the conditioner because it is used as a "conditioning mask" to help replenish our hair. It seems as if we need more in order to work throughout the entire scalp. In comparison, shampoo can be easily lathered with a small amount!
PS a small suggestion, purchase a larger bottle of conditioner than shampoo if available

i dont know why when u use the same amounts of both...but i use more conditioner than shampoo because my hair is dry...try buying a small bottle of shampoo and a large double size bottle of conditioner then they will run out at the same time.

Sounds as if you lather with shampoo twice, and then use conditioner? If you wash your hair everyday, or even every other day, you really only need to shampoo once, then condition.
It's weird, though, 'cause I always run out of shampoo first ...!

haha it happens to me ALL THE TIME!!!! i know exactly what you are talking about...I use more Shampoo than i do conditioner because if i put just a little too much conditioner in my hair it is so nasty when i dry it. I think because you run out of the other so fast is because of the texture..one may take up more room than the other in the bottle!

I always have the opposite problem... I run out of shampoo first.
Fixed it by only washing once, and using a dollop of conditioner the same size as the dollop of shampoo...
