Is it Rock Shox, Marzocchi or Manitou?

rock shocks work best for me and i ride off road..

u can get a marxocchi bomber at a few places for a bit over 300$
but i guess a all moutain or mz race will work just as well for your price range. or you can safe some money and buy a rst they are not as good but they work... and for a fork this expensive you might want to get at least 100mm of travel.
NOTE: u can also look at the new specialized suspention in 2007

Pricepoint has this Marzochi All Mountain 1 at $350... a bit over your budget, but it's a very nice choice.
