Because Reverend Billy Bob SAID SO.
Sheesh. Now you go and confuse them with the facts.

There are no missing links. The whole chain is missing!
The above examples you have quoted are an assortment of pure apes, pure humans and outright hoaxes, long since disproven. All of the so-called "missing links" for other species, like the Archaeopteryx, fit nicely into a current family of animals. One of those "fossils" was found to be a hoax, and the other is just an unusual perching bird. No transitions. Some modern birds have teeth ridges, long bony tails or claws on their wings. That doesn't make them transitionals. They're just birds!
Modern evolutionists themselves who have even a smidgeon of intellectual honesty won't touch Java, Peking, Piltdown, or Nebraska Man with a 10-foot pole, because they know they are hoaxes. Nebraska Man was a pig, and Orce Man was the jawbone of a donkey. There are no transitionals. And, dig as you please, you will never, ever find any, not in a million years.

that isn't the best list for examples if you really are trying to defend evolution. Only the first three really would be considered in the human line. Java and Peking man were shown to not be of ancestry to modern humans.
Piltdown and Nebraska man were proven frauds. Proven by real scientists. That's the thing with science - it can look at the frauds and adjust accordingly.
Throwing out everything learned about evolution just because there were a few frauds is like saying all Olympic competitors are enhanced just because they found a few - even though they tested all of them.

Because there is no missing link.
National Geographic Magazine reported in a November issue a couple of years ago that they had found the missing link and even reported that "fact" on the cover.
A few months later they had to reluctantly admit that their "proof" was a fake or a fraud.
I pretty sure the staff of National Geographic are not fundies and they are a whole lot smarter than you and I.

Upon closer examination, if you look at the facts without a naturalist bias and follow the evidence, you will see that all of these "links" have been debunked.
Have you looked at how they came up with Peking Man? The entire "man" was reconstructed from ONE dusty old tooth. From there, they extrapolated the ENTIRE "human link". They later discovered what were believed to be the skull that went with the tooth, but was later determined to be a monkey skull.
Look closely at BOTH sides of the evidence.
Although I doubt you will, because all the evidence in the world is not sufficient to convince those who do not want to be confused with the facts.
My guess is that Mr Lucky (below me) does not know the history of half of the "links" you mention, because it might actually weaken his faith in naturalism if he looked at the evidence.

because thenthey would be proven wrong, and if you look at history, they just killed everyone who tried to prove them wrong. Christians have fought more holy wars and spilled more blood than their mortal enemy, the people of Islam. They need to just chill out and realize that the only reason man believes in God is so that he feels like when he messes up it is part of God's plan, and he isn't the straight up idiot he feels like. I have news for you christian fanatic, you are an idiot. There is no God, and the screw ups that you do are your own fault. That is my opinion, and sadly, because christians don't agree with me, i get reported for abuse. Just another way they try to opress people. The missing link is out there, probably hidden under a church somewhere.

Because they do not understand genetics. Genetic information is stored in digital rather than analog form, so the smallest change that can happen is to alter one bit in the code. But there is NO MAXIMUM: a one-bit change can activate an intron, or de-activate all or part of an exon, which can make a change in the offspring which is arbitrarily large. Evolution is no longer a theory -- it is a proven fact. (I have the proof, if anyone is interested.)

No one should automatically believe these scientists and chemists about life's origins. It will bring you back to earth if you just keep this in mind as God said,
"As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:9
I'm not against science or scientists or am I portraying them as idiots. They are smart in the wisdom of the world, but their faith is in their own visions.

the word of God tells us.
Genesis 1
1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
6And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
7And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
8And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
9And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
10And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.
11And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
12And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
13And the evening and the morning were the third day.
14And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
15And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
16And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
17And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
19And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
20And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
21And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
22And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
23And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
now you see where I stand on.
