Hmmm, my kids (5 year old twins) schedule looks something like this:
6:30: mom shakes us awake
6:45: mom comes back and REALLY shakes us awake, drags us to the table for cereal. While we eat, she packs our snack, and shakes her head at the homework she forgot we needed to do last night.
7:00: mom drags us away from breakfast table - finished or not- and throws our clothes at us.
7:20: we better be ready to leave or mommy turns into a monster!

Daycare/School

5:00: mom picks us up
5:10: we're home. Leave mom alone for at least 30 minutes while she prepares dinner.
6:00-6:30 eat dinner
6:30-7:30: bath, read stories, cuddles, prayers, and bed.
7:30-8:00: Mom comes in several times and threatens that Santa won't come if we don't sleep NOW!!

Wanna trade???? :-)

get up and do it again

I have a basic shedule that I follow like
6:30 wake up/breakfast
7:30 off to Day care
5:00 pick up from daycare
then the rest is make dinner play, bath bed
sometimes there are other activities but as long as we have bath at the same time we are ok.

Honestly, we don't keep a "schedule". We keep more of a routine. When she is tired, she takes a nap or goes to bed. When she is hungry, she eats. In the morning, we get up and she can watch a little tv to wake up, then eat breakfast. Then, because we are homeschoolers, we do part of our school day and clean. As long as each things gets done each day, then that is what matters. Like I said earlier, if they are tired, have them take a nap. If one seems to be tired, and another looks like soon it will be their time, try to keep the one up for a little bit so you can get 2 down at once. I am sorry that I can't be more help. There are some different charts available on the internet. Check chartjungle.com they have quite a few. Also go to about.com they also have quite a few. look under preschoolers. You can also get quite a few ideas under homeschoolers, since your children are still at home.

The only schedule I have for my 6 yr old and 3 yr old is as follows.
I don't stay on a strict schedule because there are too many factors for me. I take my youngest to storytime on wednesdays, we have soccer practice. But unless we have an appointment, I'm good!!!

Weekday
Get ready for school (6 yr old)
0745: Drive to school/drop off child
0800: Drive back home
1130: Lunch for 3 y/o
1440: Pick up 6 y/o
1630: Husband comes home
That night eat dinner
2000: Bedtime

Weekend:
Get up
eat
Go to bed

wow i have a schedule for my little one, but yours makes it sound like boot camp

the nap times in the morning are crazy...10-1045 and another one 45 min later? come on

especially for the 7:55-8:00 playtime before bed.....thats probably what time it takes to go to the room to pick out a toy....what do they do....look at it and put it back?

shouldnt be any playtime for kids before bed...it just gets them wound up for more playtime

no wonder there is a bit of behavior

It's good to have schedules and structure, but I think there is a time/age where it shouldn't be so strict.

A 4 yr. old doesn't need naps. Usually a half hour of resting on the couch while watching a cartoon is good enough but definitely not 2 naps followed by relaxation time.

Story time is great, but only if they want a story time. I think if they want a story, it's wonderful but it shouldn't ever be "Okay 2 more minutes of play time and then it's story time". I think kids should be able to play when they want, not when you want.

properly, i think of they could desire to be on a time table to an volume. There should not be any "awaken at precisely this time" i'm the comparable way with lunch, i desire it at a particular time because of the fact this is when I get hungry. And mattress is in many cases around the comparable each and every nighttime yet we haven't got a strict time table, teenagers desire somewhat flexibility to profit that that's okay to be versatile yet no longer lots they by no capability be conscious of what to assume and it throws them off.

Wow- my life is not that organized- I have a little schedule- but not quite so regimented. I guess I'm just not that kind of a person. Good for you though!
