No, it doesnt. So far, in our society, companies are still going to use your social security number. That is how your credit report is currently tracked. In fact, if you provide a CPN in place of your social security number on a credit application, it may even be flagged as a potential "fraudulent" application, since it won't match your social security number. Ah well, what can you do.
