Me and my partner moved in together nearly three months ago and in that time both of us have gained weight. I really want to lose the weight and although he is not so bothered about it he would too. I have started making healthier meals and also joined a gym, with some friends which i am starting next week.
My partner on the other hand doesnt want to go to the gym (i dont know why) so i am trying to think of some different types of exersise he could do or that we could do together. He has quite bad arthritis and so cant do sit ups etc because of pain in his back.
Please help!

Gyms are not the solution really!

Go out for a jog atleast 3 times a week. If your partner is interested, that would be perfect fro both of you ayou can do it together so u are not bored or even attacked on the road.

And watch wat you eat. avoid meat products and get more on a vegetarian diet, drink loads of water to surpress your appetite so you dont eat much.

depending on the severity of the arthritus, horse riding is often used as therapy, its also great excesise and something you could do together.

obviously you would need to seek a stables that offers lessons. I find riding a great way of escaping from the stresses of life, and keeps me fit at the same time.

You could always go out for walks in the evening. Starting with smaller distances and improving over time. Walking is good for you.

If he doesn't feel motivated to "work out" get physical activity but in a fun way!! go for walks in the evening, get a step counter and make it a contest - and the winner gets something...just mix it up, and have fun with what your doing :)

put his dick on a diet, trust me he will come up w/ a way. really i mean it. he doesn't see why he should lose any weight you still are giving him some and cooking meals. he feels well if nothing changes she still must be attracted to me. and that may be true but will you be 200lbs from now. or 100lbs from now. you have to nip it in the bud.

Take long walks together. You can't imagine what that will do for your weight and body shape. And not to mention the sex...

you may aswell go to some gymnastic clubs

ie: downhan leisure center
