curious how many showed up

I was a Precinct Election Official (fancy name for poll worker) in Ohio. There were 1038 registered voters in our precinct. 487 showed up at the polls to vote. There were also a number of absentee ballots, but I didn't bother counting.

Not enough. I wish Americans cared about America as much as the Iraqis cared about their country. You note I did not say anything about parties just country. Remember if you did not vote you can not complain about what you got.
