Of course they do, and do your nipples, they are just like a penis, they grow and then they go back to normal. Take a test...measure them before being fondled, and then after a good sexual experience. You'll see the differance.

Not exactly, they do swell a bit and nipples do swell....but its a short term thing, my gf's did plump up a little during sex.....but soon faded... too bad. Iife would be pretty tough, if you boobs grew after every date.....same for a guy, we'd have to have three pants legs....

No they don't grow but they swell after being aroused but will return to the normal size after the arousal stage has passed.
