find yourself an attorney and yes you can sue for quite a bit, start going to the doc and physical therapist. you can get not only compensation for medical bills but for pain and suffering. i personally know of a person who just sprained her ankle in an accident and not only got all her medical bills paid but close to 800,000.00 for possible future earnings and pain and suffering...this horribly injured woman who shuffled into the court room left jumping for joy...the jury held hostage by one juror who was angry at something that happened to him in his past wanted her to get over 5 million...personally i think he knew her and they shared it

Did you stay in the car and wait for an ambulance? If god forbid you ever get into another accident that's bad enough that you feel injured DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR wait for an ambulance it will help immensely in cases such as this. But yes you should get something for it.

You should, but there are many variables like the state where the accident happened, etc. that keep any of us from saying for sure.
