I have tried firefox extension, but it saves files, that i do not know how to open...is there a solution?

You need to have FLV player. You can download it from

http://www.download.com/FLV-Player/3000-2139_4-10467081.html

After you have the FLV player installed

Open the cache folder of the Internet browser. For Internet Explorer..Click Tools, Internet options, Click Settings, Click view files.

1. In the 'Temporary Internet Files' folder right click and select details
2. Sot the the list by clicking on Size. Check with the date modified , accessed. Copy the files that you suspect to a folder on C: drive.
3. Rename the file and check if you can play it in FLV player.

However, this may not work with all the websites.

if keepvid don't do it, goto download.com. I remember there were a couple of programs to chose from that would grab the flash out of your IE temp folder and help you disassemle it back into .fla files.

the .swf file will be the flash file but you won't be able to open it you will only be able to play it

You can only open .fla files

use cinemaforge for all file extenstions.
