Please don't confuse tribal customs with Islam. Muslim men are commanded to cover themselves. The Muslim women who wear the burka do so because of tribal and social customs, it is not a command of Islam. Women are commanded to cover their beauty, draw their veils over their bosoms. Most Muslim women dress just like everyone else, we just wear looser clothing that does not reveal our body and we cover our hair. There is no command that we wear a specific type of outer garment such as a burka or a abaya, that is a custom of the country's where they are worn. Men are commanded to cover certain parts of their bodies and both men and women are told to lower their gaze and not to look for members of the opposite sex in a sexual way.

Allah says
" Display your health, physic
and beard, so that other women
get attracted to you, for sex and
marrying you, as you are the person
who can have several wives"
The women, immediately knows
for sure that there is a cut in the
foreskin of the pennis, for a better

*It is stated in quran in surah-noor n surah-azhaab tht ALLAH says" Every muslim women is allowed to lower their gazes n should cover herself wid veil/burka from top to bottom(except eyes to see the way) to protect her (beauty)from all strange mens(namehrams)."
*so every muslim women is allowed to follow quran bcoz it is ALLAH'S order n no on can betray it,if she do so she will be punished hereafter.
*only muslim women is ordered by ALLAH to wear burka bcoz she is not allowed to show her beauty n attract men,as it is strictly prohibited n against laws of islam.
*muslim men r not allowed to wear burka bcoz it is no where written in quran nor ALLAH'S order for men to wear it.
*for all muslims of the world to follow islam correctly the best one n only guide is holy quran n hadeeth books like saheeh sitta for every question he will get answer from this inshallah.
*may ALLAH guide all mankind on the right path of islam ameen.

burkas are worn by men.
Burqas on the other hand... modesty overinterpreted by religious fundamentalists, and pre-existing pagan traditional dress before the rise of Islam.

B/c men of all cultures around the world love to hold women back and try to control them. It's b/c they're scared of how smart us women are and they know they'd lose if they had to compete with us :P
